[Sehari lari.. Sehari rehat...] Ok ke? 3x seminggu sekali lari 5km. Pusing taman je. Alternate satu pusingan warm up. Lepas tu slow jog satu pusingan then fast walking satu pusingan, then slow jog balik then akhir sekali, cool down satu pusingan. Minta advice, effective ke ni?
