Summary of Performance ..MYPR

1. Overall mid year performance is meeting requirement. He is quite new with project eventhough he has a mechanical background. 
2. He needs to further improve his knowledge in project planning and implementation as well as technical knowledge in detailed engineering design such as piping system. This is quite crucial in order to enable him to successfully implement all the assigned projects. 
3. He needs to be more focus with his work and put maximum effort to close all the identified gap so that he can progress further in his career. 
4. He should utilise all the available resources such as external coach, inhouse term contractor for engineering consultancy, inhouse expertise for various engineering discipline, inhouse/external training in order for him to develop his skill and knowledge within short period of time. 
5. Commitment, dedication and interest are the three element that are crucial that must exist within himself in order for him to excell further.
