Interesting Competition from PASB..

When I was with PASB we'd compete to design 6 items specifically for PASB; two of those items are the Corporate Gift Bags and PASB Working Shirt. It was long, painful competition and our team "The Creative Maniacs" actually won the overall price of the competition i.e. RM 5OOO!!

I found this file title REDI 3 in the pc and just thought it would be interesting to share these with you guys :)

INTRODUCTION

The final episode of these tremendous struggle and effort by our team Creative Maniacs to finally complete the tasks at hand; we were able to stretch our final last thrust towards achieving the last 2 targets set to improve our project further.

Objectives.

1st is to gain insight to what our customer’s requirements with regards to a corporate work shirt design and also for corporate gift bag. In these cases we had conducted a survey in a close selective group in our business environment. Attached are the results forms from the survey.

2nd is to actually convey the design concept to the evaluating committee for testing and final product.

Results of Survey: PASB Corporate Work shirt.

We’ve conducted survey from a group of participants and the results are as follows: -

  1. 100% of the participants agreed that a corporate work shirt should have a pen pocket on the sleeves.

  1. 50% of the participants require that a work shirt to have personalized names to be seamed on to the work shirt.

  1. 50% have even further agreed that “double sided” design should be considered. “Double sided” designed is a designed that enables the work shirt to be worn “in-side” out and “out-side” in.

  1. 50% of the respondent agrees that a work shirt should have a reflector for night work safety.

  1. 54% respondents agreed that the shirt should have 3 pockets, while only 36% agreed to have only 2 pockets.

  1. 79% respondents anonymously agreed that a corporate work shirt should ONLY have 3 colors.

  1. 50% says that normal collar design is appropriate; while 36% respondents agreed to a V-types collar design.

  1. 50% of the respondent thinks that a corporate work shirt should be made of cotton while the 29% agree to a mix polyester and cotton material.

  1. 50% of the correspondents agree that a corporate design motives should only have 1 design color; 36% requested a box repetitive design in more then 1 colors.

  1. 72% of the correspondents agree that the shirt button should be hidden from the front view.

Results of Survey II: PASB Corporate Gift Bag.

We’ve conducted a survey from a group of participants and the results are as follows: -

  1. 93% of the correspondents agree that a corporate gift bag should have a handle.

  1. 71% finds that a corporate gift bag should be made from a cycle material.

  1. There is actually a mix responds for the type of material that a gift bag should be made off. 29% wanted the gift bag to be made of cotton, 29% said it should be made of a mix of cotton and polyester and 21% wanted the bag to be made of paper.

  1. 43% thinks a gift bag should have a square shape.

  1. 47% wanted the company’s vision should be printed on the bag.

  1. 50% wanted a “timbul” embossed company logo on the gift bag.

  1. 43% of the respondents agreed that the gift bag should have 3 colors while 36% only agreed to 1 color.

  1. 51% wanted the bag to have a “Zipped” closure method.

  1. The handle was suggested that it be made of a mixture of rubber and cotton. 65% agrees to this.

  1. 65% agrees that the method used to produce the bag should be by knitting; clothe, while the other agreed to simply use the glue. 21%.

SUMMARY

We wanted to conclude our project and submit our final product. We managed to come up with a design sample of the PASB Corporate gift bag and also drawing design of the PASB Work shirt.
